What to Do If Your Ex Blocks You?

If your ex blocks you, the best thing you can do is block them back and move on.

Don’t chase them, don’t create fake accounts, and definitely don’t sit around waiting for them to unblock you. Taking control is the fastest way to feel better and start healing.

When this happened to me, I felt awful. My first instinct? Create a new account and message them.

You can watch video here.

I thought, “Maybe they’ll explain, maybe we’ll fix things.”

But guess what? That didn’t work. It only made me look desperate, and honestly, it made me feel worse.

Here’s the truth: them blocking you doesn’t mean you’re not good enough. It’s just a choice they made. Respect it, because chasing after them is only going to hurt you more in the long run.

Here’s the power move: block them back. On everything Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, even their number if you have to.

It’s not about being petty. It’s about protecting your peace.

Blocking them stops you from endlessly checking if they’ve unblocked you or wondering what they’re doing.

It’s like saying, “I’m taking charge of my own happiness.” And trust me, that’s the move.
