The use of social media websites has skyrocketed in recent years.

With the number of people online now at over two billion, it is clear that these sites are an important way to connect with others.

However, these same social media sites can also be a source of anxiety or fear when they become too inundated and feel as if they are causing one to lose personal space or privacy.

But there is a type of communication that is easy to hate text messaging.

Text messaging was once the only form of written communication many people used, but now it has been largely replaced by email and other forms of digital messaging like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.

It is now used by over one billion people globally, which is a huge number and suggests it will continue to grow.

A big reason for the popularity of these types of platforms, however, is that they are quick and efficient.

There are no lengthy conversations or overelaboration when sending messages.

A user can type and send a message within a minute or two.
