Negative energy can be a tough thing to deal with, and it doesn’t always come from external sources. Oftentimes, the negativity in our lives comes from ourselves. We have a way of attracting negative energy with our own thoughts and actions. If you want to know how to get rid of it — here are 9 simple ways that just might help you out.
1. Curse Others
When we curse others, we’re instilling negativity, and we’re only ensuring that negative energy will come into our own lives. The more you curse and fume over your problems and the problems of others, the more you draw that energy towards you.
When you feel yourself resorting to cursing those around you for their lack of cooperation or what they’ve done to disappoint or anger you, stop yourself and think about something else. Count to ten before reacting in such a way as this can help to push your negativity away from your life.
2. Exaggerate Your Problems
It can be tempting to get into the habit of telling everyone and anyone just how bad of a place you’re in.
