In a society where everybody’s trying to make it look like they have it all together, it can be difficult to get the support you need to get out of a rut. But let me tell you from experience: Nobody has it all together. Everyone feels stuck sometimes, and they want to give up. 1. Dreams Help You Live — Not Miserably
This is something I learned when I took an undeniably confusing class in college about death psychology. The class focused on the idea that our physical lives can’t last forever, and in fact there is no afterlife in the traditional sense. But in my current state of existence , I still feel like I am here on Earth because my soul feels like it is there (this is not necessarily the case).
