The night is the time of day when you can work on your goals, personal projects, and achieve some of the things you want to do with your life. 1. Set an alarm for the next day
The first thing that you need to do every night is setting an alarm for the next day. So, when it’s time to wake up, you won’t panic because your mind will be cleared from what it needs at the present time.
2. Go over your plan for the next day
The second thing to do is to go over your plan for the next day. Here’s what you need to do:
Open your planner or notebook and write down all the tasks that you need to accomplish in the morning. If you want to make sure that it will happen, schedule times and places where you can complete them (ex: work, home, traffic, etc).
