Good morning! It’s the start of a new workday, and it’s time to get our minds right. But how do we do that? A positive mindset and energy can kickstart productivity and success. Here are 15 quick shifts to help you begin each day on the right foot:

1. Write down your goals for the day.

Having a mental plan can get your motor running and keep you on track all day.

2. Get energized!

Get your blood moving with stretching, yoga, or even just a quick walk around the block.

3. Cut the clutter.

Remove anything unnecessary from your desk and workspace to prevent distraction.

4. Change it up.

Try out a different work environment and get outside of the office if possible.

5. Map out your day.

Blocking out chunks of time for specific tasks can help keep you organized and on track throughout the day.

6. Find positive reinforcement.
