It’s also very important when it comes to being productive, because the brain is made up mostly of water, so when you’re dehydrated, your brain will have a hard time functioning efficiently. Stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day even when you don’t feel thirsty. It’ll help keep your body and brain running smoothly!
