1) Say “Yes!” if they need help with anything that takes less than 5 minutes of your time.
You know your friend needs a little help getting something done, but you’re busy, and you don’t want to make them feel bad for needing help. But they need it. Do them a favor and say “yes” — that will make them happy and you might even learn something new yourself!
2) Snuggle with them if they look sad or vulnerable.
