We’ve all had those days when we wake up and feel more tired than ever. Our heads are pounding, our eyes stinging, and every single movement feels like it takes more energy than it should. It’s possible that you could have insomnia, a condition when you can’t sleep for prolonged periods of time.

1. Get in the right mood.

Going to bed with the right amount of relaxation is a good start. When you go to bed, it’s important for you to be in a positive state of mind.
