So that’s why we created this helpful list of ten ways for you to break your addiction and get back into the real world. Everybody needs a little escape every now and then, but if you’re constantly looking at your phone when in public or spending hours each day scrolling through Instagram in the bathroom, it might be time for some change.

1. Play on a Different App
In the beginning, social media was made to help our community connect to one another in ways we never could before. Now, it’s been corrupted into a distraction that keeps us away from real-life interactions and healthy relationships.
