10 Tips On How To Decrease Stress And Increase Happiness

Everyone has their moments of stress and pressure. We’re under a lot of pressure to get things done these days with so many of us juggling work, school, family, and time for ourselves.

But what can you do to beat back the fear of not being able to get it all done? Well, of course there are some obvious strategies like using your break time more wisely or delegating work that makes more sense for someone else to handle than you. But there are also some that might not be on your radar just yet.

1. Listen To Music

Research shows that listening to music can increase your concentration and decrease your heart rate and blood pressure.

It’s no surprise that listening to music while working has been shown to increase your productivity, or that people who listen to music during exercise get more out of their workouts.

So get that playlist going and don’t be afraid to turn things up a bit!

2. Stop Thinking

This sounds like a pretty easy one, but we all know how hard it is to turn off our brains sometimes.

There are lots of ways to practice mindfulness and meditation, but if you don’t have the time for a long sit-down session why not try a short breathing…
