You’ve just had a lucid dream, that moment when you realized that you were dreaming. But now it’s time to leave, however, there are some things you shouldn’t forget! The following are ten things that will get you killed in your dreams and may result in your death.

1) Running water

Running water is a common theme for many dreams. Because of this, you are often warned against running water when entering an area, but in some cultures, it is considered good luck to run into someone who has just had a large bath. It’s unknown whether this has been tested scientifically, but if it’s good luck for one person to have a bath, then it’s probably the same in dreams. If you are swimming and feel that something is attacking you then it may be long enough to apply this rule. In fact, if you’re too distracted by the water to concentrate on your dream self, you might end up drowning.

2) Losing your memory

Losing your memory is one of the most common things that happens in dreams. It happens to be a handy way for the mind to wipe out a character or scenario it no longer wants. You lose all knowledge about who you are and are forced to start from scratch but if this is happening in your dream, chances are good that it’s not the time to test this statement out!
