People often shy away from the word ‘introvert’. This is not uncommon, but it’s important to understand that introverts are just people on the quieter side of life. A true introvert would never misunderstand their personality as being something that makes them inherently bad at socializing. 1. It’s easier to be alone than with others
If you’d rather stay in your room or head out on an adventure alone than go out with friends, it may be time to reevaluate your interests. If you’d rather stay home than go on a hike with friends, then go on that hike! Everyone needs time to themselves every once in a while. Being alone doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re anti-social. You just prefer some quiet time over some socializing every once in a while, and that’s perfectly fine!
