Clutter can affect your mental health as well as your physical health. In this post, we’ll show you 10 reasons why you might have too much clutter and tips on how to deal with it.

1. Too many TV channels

There’s no shame in admitting that you can’t keep up with the new content on TV. It’s not just about the commercials and pop-ups for videos every few minutes; it’s also about the number of channels available (in addition to cable TV, digital TV has added over 200 channels, many of which are only watchable at higher bitrates).
