1. Plan Your Day Before You Hit the Bed
Before you pass out each night, plan your day ahead of time so that you can wake up and tackle the most important tasks first thing in the morning. By planning out, for example, what you’re going to wear the next day before bed, you’ll start each morning off right by completing your early-morning errands, which will allow you to get into work mode much quicker than committing yourself to getting up and then figuring out what to do next.
