1. Smile.
It may seem simple, but it is not so easy to do! Especially if you have been suffering from depression or have had any other prolonged suffering you have been through, changing your facial expression to a smile can be difficult.
But, by forcing yourself to smile every day, you are training your brain and facial muscles to associate the word ‘smile’ with positive feelings and emotions. Soon, you will begin to feel like smiling, even on your ‘bad days.
2. Exercise more.
Exercising is a great way to release endorphins. Endorphins are the chemicals in your brain that make you happy; they are neurotransmitters that produce pleasurable effects while also lowering pain levels and making you feel more relaxed and…
