We all know that dreams are not supposed to be analyzed. They’re only meant to be had and forgotten. However, there are some types of dreams that can offer clues about what’s really going on in our lives or what’s really bothering us. It’s the nightmares that get the most press, but I’m here to tell you (in no particular order) about 10 more common types of bad dreams and their meanings.
The hospital dream
This dream usually comes after a fear-based situation or an accident has happened in your life. It’s a way of warning you to pay attention to your physical health. What’s the lesson from this dream? Pay more attention to your physical well-being.
The exam dream
Either you’re the teacher and you’re giving a test or you’re a student, knowing that you haven’t studied for a test or done well on one in the past. What do these dreams mean? This type of dream is usually interpreted as being unprepared for something important in your life, either at work, school or in your personal life. In other words, it means you need to buckle down and get serious about whatever it is what’s causing the test anxiety.
